What is the best source to recruit staff for Office work and Desktop Publishing

There is an urgent requirement of staff for Scanning old documents and storing them in hard drives with backup, arranging them in soft copies and tracking them in excel file for recovery of the document as per the records.

The documents will be old and fragile and shall need extra care and attention from working team. Important part of the job is proper maintaining the scan file records and working said organized system.

I am looking to hire a staff strength of 4 people. Job profile is mentioned below:

  1. Executive
    He will be responsible for co-ordinating job from client and delegating to the working team with proper division of job. Documenting soft copies as per nomenclature from Client Library.
    Education Qualification : Graduate in any field, Fresher or 1 years of experience in any photocopier centres
  2. Operator
    He will be responsible for scanning of documents responsibly and naming them in computer during saving a soft copy in hard drive. He will also be responsible for taking utmost care of old fragile documents while scanning them. The old files should not be damaged and be scanned as per instruction from team lead.
    Education Qualification : 10+2 pass, Working knowledge of Printer, Scanner and Computers in their relevance.
  3. Office Boy/Driver
    He will be responsible for driving the staff from room to client’s job site.
    He will stay the entire day with the team and help with office work like bring documents, cleaning and maintaining scanners and computers. Also, arrange for snacks and tiffin as shall be instructed by Team Lead.
    Education Qualification : None, shall possess driving license and 14 hours work time.
